There are 2 really nice Downtown San Diego Condos for Rent at Trellis, #502 and #602 for $2650 and $2750, respectfully.  I think these are 2 of the best rentals throughout the Downtown San Diego Real Estate market today and I wanted to get them out to everyone.  I have shown these condos a few times recently and I am surprised they are still available.  They are almost identical except for a $50 delta in price and slight square footage difference.  #502 is approximately 981 square feet and #602 is 949 square feet.  They both have identical orientations (south facing with views of the Convention Center and the Downtown San Diego Skyline) and finishes (granite counters, stainless steel appliances, gas stove tops, newer carpet, tiled bathrooms, 2 parking spaces underground and a private balcony.

One thing to note is that #602 is actually on the top floor.  Therefore you would not have to worry about anyone above you.  However, it is 32 square feet less than the other unit and that space is given up primarily in the bedroom.  These are by far the 2 best priced Downtown San Diego Rentals and I would highly recommend them to anyone.  They also come unfurnished, are vacant, and ready for immediate move in.
